BieberWorld is the latest addition to Dubai’s growing list of theme parks, and is scheduled to open its doors in the fourth quarter of 2018. Sources say Justin was inspired by Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch, and believes Dubai is the perfect location for it. “The UAE is slowly becoming famous for it’s vast array of theme parks, and Justin feels it’s more accessible for his global fan base,” said the insider.
