Remembering 10 The Warriors Cast (1979-2025) Then and Now #TheWarriors #cast #transformation
The Warriors (1979) is a gritty cult classic that defined urban action cinema for a generation. In this emotional “then and now” tribute, we look back at 10 cast members from The Warriors, honoring those we’ve lost while celebrating those still with us today.
We pay special tribute to Roger Hill (Cyrus), whose iconic rallying cry—“Can you dig it?”—remains legendary. Gone too soon is Marcelino Sánchez (Rembrandt), who died at just 28 from cancer, and most recently, David Harris (Cochise), who passed in 2024 at 75 after a cancer battle.
You’ll also see how stars like Michael Beck (Swan), Deborah Van Valkenburgh (Mercy), James Remar (Ajax), David Patrick Kelly (Luther), and Dorsey Wright (Cleon) look today.
From subway chases to iconic showdowns, this tribute video is a journey through time, honoring the warriors who made this film timeless.
